The company

Since 2002 we stand for the successful optimization of customer relationship management.

Our consulting company was founded in Madrid in 2002 and in Munich in 2009. Since 2018, we have merged our customer relationship management consulting business into Impulsion GmbH and continue to work closely with our strategic partner Buljan & Partners, which specializes in customer-centric management.

We are a team of 25 employees, since 2002 we stand for the consistent alignment of the company towards the customer!
