Design Customer Interaction & Campaign

For the customer journey to be implemented, we create a detailed design with requirements for the individual customer contact points and channels to be used for each customer segment. The design also includes detailed requirements for the data and systems to be used. For implementation, we analyze the database and steer the IT development partner for implementation.

Scope
